GoHighLevel Consulting

GoHighLevel consulting, coaching, and system optimization.

Already have HighLevel but know you aren't getting everything you should from it? I help business owners and agencies understand, audit, and improve GoHighLevel systems that are already in place — whether someone else built yours, the workflows have grown complicated, or it simply isn't doing what you were told it would.

The usual situation

You already paid someone to build this.

Most people who call me about HighLevel aren't starting from scratch. They already bought it, already paid someone to set it up, and are now living with the result.

The account was built by someone who has since become hard to reach. Nobody on the team can explain what's running or why. Workflows have been layered on top of workflows until no one will touch them. Leads come in and something happens to them, but nobody's sure what. Reporting produces numbers that don't match reality.

That isn't a HighLevel problem. It's what happens when a powerful tool gets configured by someone who never asked how the business actually operates.

The approach

Don't just build more. Make what you have work better.

Plenty of businesses already have HighLevel. What they don't have is anyone who has stepped back and asked whether the system supports the way the business actually runs.

Pipelines get complicated. Automations overlap and fight each other. Leads aren't followed up the way anyone intended. Teams avoid the parts they don't understand. Features that would solve real problems sit unused because nobody knew they were there.

Sometimes the answer isn't another workflow. It's better system architecture.

How I can help

Six ways I usually get brought in.

HighLevel account audits

A full review of an existing agency or sub-account: configuration problems, missing functionality, unnecessary complexity, and the specific things worth fixing first. You get a written picture of what you actually have.

Optimization

Pipelines, workflows, automations, calendars, forms, lead routing, communication, and reporting — rebuilt around how your business really operates instead of how a template assumed it would.

Coaching

Working alongside you so you understand your own system and can run it confidently. I show you. We do it together. Then you do it, with me there to guide you.

Implementation

When the system genuinely needs new capability, I design and build it — and document it, so the next person who looks at your account isn't starting from zero.

AI & automation

Voice AI, automated follow-up, missed-call recovery, lead nurture, and appointment handling. Applied where it earns its place, not because it's the thing everyone's selling this year.

Agency-level audits

For agencies: agency settings, sub-account architecture, snapshots, domains, email configuration, permissions, billing, integrations, and the operational standards that keep it all from drifting.

If you'd rather not learn or manage any of this yourself, RevitUp can implement and run the revenue system for you as a managed service.

And if it turns out the real problem isn't the software — if the process itself is the thing that's broken — that's Operating Leadership. Plenty of HighLevel problems are operations problems wearing a technical costume.

Why work with me

I'm not a HighLevel technician. I'm an operator who knows the platform.

My background combines business ownership, software engineering, and operations. I earned a B.S. in Information Systems and spent the early part of my career as a senior software engineer building enterprise systems.

Then I spent more than twenty years running my own companies — building a consumer health and supplement brand from startup to a multi-seven-figure business with products sold worldwide, and eventually exiting it. I've also served as a CRM Solutions Consultant at Extendly For HighLevel, where I led onboarding and implementation for more than 250 businesses.

HighLevel is a tool. The objective is a better business system.

Where I work

Maryland in person. The rest of the country remotely.

I'm based in Mount Airy, Maryland, and offer in-person HighLevel consulting and working sessions for businesses throughout Central Maryland and the greater Baltimore–Washington region — including Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, Howard County, Montgomery County, and the surrounding communities.

Remote consulting is available nationwide, and I travel for engagements that warrant it. Most of the work happens over screen shares regardless of where you are.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they call.

Who can help me with GoHighLevel in Maryland?

I'm a GoHighLevel consultant based in Mount Airy, Maryland, and I work with businesses across Central Maryland and the Baltimore–Washington region, including Frederick, Columbia, Baltimore, Howard County, and Montgomery County. In-person working sessions are available regionally, which matters when a team needs to be trained together or an account is complicated enough that screen shares aren't efficient. Most engagements run remotely regardless of location. If you're outside Maryland, that changes nothing about how the work gets done.

Can someone audit my existing GoHighLevel account?

Yes, and it's the most common way people start with me. An audit reviews your agency account or sub-account end to end: how pipelines are structured, what automations are actually running, where workflows conflict or duplicate, how leads get routed and followed up, what's misconfigured, and what capability you're paying for but not using. You get a written summary of what you have, what's broken, what's unnecessary, and what to fix in what order. Many owners have never seen a clear picture of their own system, particularly when someone else built it.

Can you fix a HighLevel account someone else built?

That's most of my work. Accounts built by a previous agency, a contractor who's no longer reachable, or someone who set it up quickly and moved on. The usual pattern is layers of partially finished automation nobody wants to touch, because nobody knows what will break. I map what's actually running, identify what's safe to remove, and rebuild the parts that matter around how your business operates. You don't need to start over, and starting over is usually the wrong advice.

Do you offer in-person GoHighLevel coaching?

Yes, in Maryland and the greater Baltimore–Washington region, and I travel for engagements that justify it. In-person sessions work well when a whole team needs training at once, or when the account is complex enough that being in the room is faster than a call. That said, most coaching happens remotely over screen shares and works just as well. The format matters less than whether you actually end up able to run your own system.

Can you teach me how to manage my own HighLevel account?

Yes, and for a lot of owners it's the right outcome. The approach is simple: I show you, we do it together, then you do it with me there to guide you. The goal is that you can maintain and extend your own system rather than calling someone every time something needs to change. Plenty of people prefer to hand it off entirely, which is fine too — but dependency shouldn't be the default, and it shouldn't be the business model.

Can you review my workflows and automations?

Yes. Workflow review is usually where the biggest problems surface. Common findings include automations that overlap and send duplicate messages, triggers that fire on the wrong conditions, follow-up sequences that quietly stopped working after a change elsewhere, and workflows built for a process the business no longer uses. I go through what's live, document what each one does, and recommend what to consolidate, fix, or retire.

Do you work with GoHighLevel agencies, not just their clients?

Yes. A meaningful share of my work is with agency owners rather than end clients. I've worked inside HighLevel agencies and alongside the people running them, which means I'm familiar with the problems that don't show up in a sub-account: snapshots that have drifted apart, onboarding that takes too long and goes differently every time, support burden that scales faster than revenue, and a delivery process living in the founder's head. Agencies usually don't need someone who knows the platform — they already have that. They need someone who has seen how agencies break operationally.

Can you help us onboard clients faster and more consistently?

This is one of the most common reasons agencies bring me in. As a CRM Solutions Consultant at Extendly For HighLevel, I led onboarding and implementation for more than 250 businesses across a range of industries, and built standardized implementation frameworks to make deployment faster and more repeatable. The typical problem isn't effort, it's variation — every client gets onboarded slightly differently depending on who did it, so nothing compounds and every account becomes bespoke. The fix is a documented, repeatable process with defined checkpoints, which shortens time-to-value and cuts the support load that follows a sloppy launch.

Can you run operations for a HighLevel agency?

Yes, as a fractional operating engagement rather than a project. Plenty of agency owners are excellent at sales and delivery but are the bottleneck for everything else: fulfillment standards, team accountability, documentation, hiring, capacity planning, and the reporting that tells them whether the business is actually healthy. That's ordinary operating leadership applied to an agency, and it's what I do outside of HighLevel work anyway. If that's closer to what you need, Operating Leadership covers the same work in a broader context.

Do you provide GoHighLevel agency audits?

Yes. Agency-level audits cover agency settings, sub-account architecture, snapshot design and version drift, domain and email configuration, deliverability setup, user permissions, billing structure, integrations, and the operational standards that keep client accounts consistent. Agencies typically come to me when onboarding has become slow and inconsistent, or when snapshots have drifted far enough that every client account is effectively bespoke.

Can you help optimize HighLevel for a home service business?

Yes, and it's a category I know well. Home service and remodeling companies lose most of their revenue in the gap between a lead arriving and a job closing: missed calls, slow response, estimates that never get followed up, and no visibility into where anything stands. The fixes are usually straightforward — reliable speed-to-lead, missed-call recovery, structured estimate follow-up, and a pipeline the team will actually keep current. I also run this work as a managed service through RevitUp for owners who'd rather not touch the system themselves.

Can you help insurance agents use HighLevel?

Yes. Insurance and financial-services professionals generally need structured lead follow-up, disciplined pipeline management, renewal and review reminders, and retention communication that runs without anyone remembering to send it. The work is less about clever automation and more about consistency over long sales cycles, where the difference between a client staying and leaving is often whether anyone reached out at the right moment.

Do you provide remote GoHighLevel consulting outside Maryland?

Yes, throughout the United States. Most of this work happens over screen shares, so location rarely affects the outcome. What tends to matter more to people who call me is that I'm US-based, working in your time zone, reachable by phone at a number that's answered, and accountable for the work after it's delivered. If that's what you've been missing, geography isn't the constraint.
