These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jeffreyrrose.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Jeff Rose Mentoring, LLC ("Jeff Rose Mentoring," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Jeff Rose Mentoring provides strategic advisory, fractional operating leadership, operating-partner, and business-exit consulting services for founder-led businesses, along with related assessments, consultations, and educational content. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees of any engagement are governed by the separate written agreement or proposal for that engagement.
The Revenue Leak Audit, the Exit Readiness Assessment, and other tools, scores, and content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes to help you evaluate your business. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or accounting advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Any scores, ranges, valuations, or figures presented are illustrative estimates, not appraisals or guarantees.
You agree to use the Site lawfully, to provide accurate information, to obtain any consents you are required to obtain before sharing third parties' information with us, and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
Paid engagements, including any half-day consultation or ongoing advisory work, are billed as described in the applicable written agreement or proposal. Payment terms, cancellations, and refunds are governed by that agreement.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, execution, and decisions. Nothing on the Site or in our services is a guarantee of any particular outcome, sale, valuation, multiple, or level of revenue or profit. Examples and figures are illustrative only.
The Site and its content, including text, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, graphics, and design, are owned by Jeff Rose Mentoring or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without our prior written permission.
The Site uses third-party platforms to operate, including our customer-relationship, messaging, and scheduling platform (RevitUp). Your use of features powered by those platforms may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
The Site and its informational content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeff Rose Mentoring will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. In no event will our total, aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our services exceed the total amount you actually paid to Jeff Rose Mentoring for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
