Jeff Rose Mentoring, LLC ("Jeff Rose Mentoring," "we," "us," or "our") provides strategic advisory, fractional operating leadership, and business-exit consulting services for founder-led businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through jeffreyrrose.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
This policy applies to visitors to the Site; prospects who submit a form, take the Revenue Leak Audit or the Exit Readiness Assessment, book a call, or otherwise opt in; and clients who engage our advisory or consulting services and the individuals who communicate with us on their behalf.
Information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the responses and message content you submit through forms, assessments, and booking tools on the Site.
Usage and device data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics data, collected automatically through Google Analytics and standard web logs when you use the Site.
Billing information: if you engage a paid service, our payment processor collects and stores payment details; Jeff Rose Mentoring does not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
We use the information above to provide, operate, and improve the Site and our services; respond to inquiries and requests; deliver assessment results and scores; schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments; process transactions and manage billing; send you updates or requested marketing communications; secure and troubleshoot the Site; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
With your consent, we may send you appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing communications by email and text message. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help, and you can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
The Site uses Google Analytics and similar first-party tools to understand aggregate traffic and improve content. These tools use cookies or similar technology; you can control cookies through your browser settings, and disabling them may limit some Site functionality.
We share information with the service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, including our customer-relationship, messaging, and scheduling platform (RevitUp), our website hosting provider, Google Analytics, and our payment processor. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Jeff Rose Mentoring, our clients, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, support your relationship with us, meet legal or accounting obligations, and resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your information, subject to any retention we are legally required to maintain.

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and adults and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Jeff Rose Mentoring is based in the United States and processes information on U.S.-based infrastructure. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
